‘A fire-side chat with Authors & Educators on a Mission‘ is the name of an online event hosted by WildHub, a thriving online conservation community.
This event was inspired by the lead-up to COP26, this year’s important climate conference that took place in Glasgow.
In this introductory clip, the group members introduce themselves and the group. Each person comes from a different background, including oceanography, police hostage negotiating, the energy sector, and conservation. All have two things that bring them together: a life-long passion for Nature, and the writing of books. These books are about the subjects that drive Gloria, Neil, Kevin and myself today: environmental awareness, climate education* and action.
